Hina Ali - HR Manager
Hina Ali has been working as a Human Resource Manager at MTR Expert Consulting since 2017. She has a clear understanding on the role to be played by a HR Manager and devised a lot of strategies to bring a fulfilled and fun-filled office environment.
She has a strong background in Human Resources and a passion for helping others that brings a great insight to our team. She manages the recruitment process for multiple departments, designs employee onboarding programs, devises employee retention strategies, created job descriptions and conducted performance reviews to make the work environment better. Hina has a friendly and professional approach towards the managers to ensure that the things are flowing in a streamlined way without any internal issues.
Hina supports and handles all sorts of administrative duties for the team. Further, she also helps coordinate the employee recognition awards and programs.
